We were so fortunate to have found Justin Etherton when we began our search for a new home in Santa Barbara County. We were out-of-towners from Los Angeles looking to retire in the area and planned a few days to stay in Santa Barbara to look at some listings. We coordinated with Justin via online to meet and see a handful of properties. Justin mapped out a schedule ahead of time and we began our search. On the last day, with no previous planning, we found a property we were interested in and Justin promptly made a showing happen. That turned out to be the one we would purchase. We were not first home buyers, and therefore not our first time working with an agent; we were well taken care of by Justin and his assistant Anastasia. We were given updates during the process with a list of items checked off as we met deadlines. All our queries were always promptly and clearly answered. We had a few snags along the way on the Seller's side, but Justin followed through to smooth out the rough spots where he could. What is most important, from initial search through escrow closing, Justin watched out for our interests. We highly recommend Justin. He's a true professional, knows his stuff, incredibly personable and a genuinely nice guy.
